Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging with all tags intact
Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate or personal care products, and customized items are non-returnable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
