At Quirky Duniya, owned by Top Force we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging with all tags intact

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate or personal care products, and customized items are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

  • If you need an exchange, please email us at topforcesports@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Replacement and Exchange policy
  • We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at topforcesports@gmail.com.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
